9. Intimations: Secretary reported that he still had no idea where the missing shoe boxes were located. He also mentioned that it was unlikely that they would be filled in time for this years appeal.

11. Activity – Fellowship meeting.  During the Fellowship meeting it was decided that a small group of members examine the various photographs which were taken at the recent Vintage Ploughing Match with a view to getting sufficient for a Calendar.
