MINUTE OF THE WEEKLY MEETING

 

Held on Tuesday 20th November 2007 in the Palace Hotel, Peterhead at 1800 hrs.

8. Visitations:          Club Rotarians visiting other Rotary Clubs – Presiden Phyllis and Belinda attended the Turriff Cheese and Wine evening and had an enjoyable evening.   

 

Club Rotarians attending Rotary Functions –Pres & Sec attended the Dist Council meeting in Aberdeen on 18/11/07

 

9. Intimations: Board circulating for names of persons attending the Christmas Dinner. A special meeting will take place on Tuesday 4 December 2007 for the election of Office Bearers for 2008-2009 and for the approval of the accounts.

 

10. Correspondence: Letter from Mrs. Clive Bartram thanking the club for providing such a lovely meal for her husband, daughter and herself.
